Frequently Asked Questions
If I buy tickets online, does that mean I have a reserved seat?
No, all our seating is general admission - but it does mean that you are guaranteed a seat. We recommend that you arrive early, as choosing seats is first come, first served. The seating area opens 30 minutes prior to each performance.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, you can, but only if online tickets are not sold out. We try to keep a small number of tickets to sell at the door for each performance, but this is not guaranteed. The box office opens one hour prior to each performance.
Can I exchange my ticket to another performance of the same show?
Yes, we can exchange your ticket to another performance of the same show, provided the new date is not already sold out. Exchanges cannot be made across separate shows.
I can't make it to the show. Can I get a refund?
Yes, we will refund your money. Refunds will take up to 10 days to be credited to the card you used to purchase them. Although we understand that some late cancellations can't be helped, it would help us greatly if you'd request cancellations 24 hours in advance.
What if Belfast Maskers has to cancel a performance?
If a show must be cancelled for any reason, we will make every attempt to notify you via email or phone as soon as that decision is made. You will receive a full refund. However, if you decide you'd like to donate the price of your ticket(s), we will gratefully accept the help! Cancelled shows still cost us money.
How do group discounts work?
Many of our shows offer a 15% discount for groups of 6 or more, when tickets are purchased online in a single transaction, which will be automatically applied at checkout. If the discount is offered, it will be noted in the show's event info.
Is parking available at the theater?
There is a small parking lot on the side of the theater that faces Spring Street, as well as plenty of street parking nearby. We're also just one block up from the municipal parking lot between Church and Beaver Streets.
Is the theater handicap accessible?
Yes! There is a ramp up to the theater's entrance and an elevator that connects the lobby to both the upstairs theater and the downstairs (green rooms, kitchen, and coffeehouse performance space). Seating for our shows is general admission, but if you require a seat at floor-level, please reach out to us at info@belfastmaskers.com.
